Founded in 1992, POLYTRADE (H.K.) LTD. is now a professional film capacitor manufacturer in China, with joint venture experience in Korea and Taiwan where we have set up our own automatic production lines. Currently we have total capital assets over USD1.2 million and the factory building area is around 25,000 square meters. The current work force is more than 500 persons, among which 50 are technician engineers. To expand our capabilities, we have also opened branch sales offices in Shenzhen and Guangzhou.
Our corporation has advanced automatic manufacturing machines and inspection equipments imported from Japan, Korea and Taiwan. Our corporation adopts scientific managerial methods, advanced technology and total quality-control system. We have the privilege of self-support export and import network as well as IEC Standard to produce ten series of film capacitors. The annual output of capacitors is above 1.4 billion, and has won a good reputation for its good quality, high credit and reasonable ratio of the function and price.
In 1998, we honorably gained an Adopting International Standard Product Market Certificate, GuangDong Province Adopting International Standard Product Approved Certificate and Reliable Enterprise on Quality. Total Quality Management is practiced with aims at continuously improving quality, preventing defects happening, reducing variation, wastage and lowering the material cost. We try all effort to provide our customer with superior quality products, competitive price and excellent service in order to benefit our customer with satisfaction.
Furthermore, we have paid our great effort in product design and project development by the launch of Research and Development Department. We, therefore, are able to supply different kinds of products as per each customer¡¯s requirement.
